How to get to Disneyland® Paris from the UK

British travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and travel to Disneyland® Paris have the option of driving their own car across the Channel, taking the train from London, or buying a low-cost airline ticket. There are many travel options.

Drive from Folkestone to Calais on LeShuttle (formerly known as Eurotunnel). The journey takes approximately 35 minutes. After arriving in France, you'll arrive at Disneyland® Paris after approximately 3 hours on the highway.

Drive to Dover and then take the P&O ferry to Calais. The journey time is 90 minutes. Once in Calais, drive approximately 3 hours to Disneyland® Paris.

On board, you can enjoy discounted shopping at numerous duty-free stores, refuel with coffee and snacks in the restaurants, or stretch your legs and enjoy the sea air.

Plus, there are no baggage limits on the ferry, so you can pack all your essentials and still have space to buy that special Disney souvenir without worrying about excess baggage fees.

The Eurostar is a perennial favorite for people heading to the park: take the Eurostar from London St. Pancras International Airport to Lille-Europe, where you can change to the high-speed train (TGV) to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy station.

This station is directly across from Disneyland® Paris and just a 2-minute walk from the park and hotels.

Enhance your direct-to-park experience by having your luggage delivered directly to your Disney® hotel with Disney Express Luggage Service.

For those who prefer to fly, several UK airports offer direct flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Paris Orly (ORY) airports, also known as Roissy.

A variety of airlines offer cheap flights, with daily flights from cities such as London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol. Flight time to France is approximately 1 hour, making it a speedy option.

Once you land, you can easily hop on the daily Magic Shuttle Bus from either airport to Disneyland® Paris in about 45 minutes.

How to get to Disneyland® Paris if you're already in the French capital

Whether you're wrapping up a romantic getaway in Paris or heading out for a family adventure, a visit to Disneyland® Paris is a must when in the area.

Conveniently located just east of Paris, the park is easily accessible from the French capital and offers a magical escape for visitors of all ages.

From the French capital, take the RER A regional train to several major Paris stations, including Châtelet-Les Halles, Gare de Lyon, and Nation.

Look for trains bound for Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station. The journey time from the French capital is approximately 35 minutes. You will arrive right next to Disneyland Paris. The park is just a 2 minute walk from the station.

If you rent a car or drive your own car, Disneyland® Paris is approximately 45 kilometers from Paris by car.

If you're staying at a Disney® hotel, you can park for free at the hotel or in the parks. There are also two paid parking lots, one at the entrance to the Disney parks and one at the entrance to Disney Village®.

The Disneyland® Paris Express Shuttle Bus operates from 4 locations in central Paris: Gare du Nord, Eiffel Tower, Opera and Chatelet.

Buses depart from these four locations between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and arrive at Disneyland® Paris around 9:45 AM. You can purchase bus tickets from selected hotels in Paris.

Alternatively, if you are coming directly from Paris Charles de Gaulle or Paris Orly airports, the Magical Shuttle Bus takes you directly to each park in approximately 45 minutes.
